Slept in this morning and viewed the sights in St Louis before leaving town. Had lunch on our way back toward where we stopped yesterday along the Mississippi River. Arrived at 2:00 and began riding.
With 13 miles to go we pulled over to say hello to another cyclist who was taking a break under a porch awning. We rode up to say hello to this stranger and he welcomes us by saying "you must be Kelly and Jim". Word spreads fast who is ahead and behind you on the route. Matt was from Fort Collins, Co heading west. He was completing a very long 90 miles on this hot Sunday.
